Activity Waivers

Each person planning to participate in the activities at Route 7 and Skyzone need to fill out waivers for each place. Please click the links below to fill out their online waivers. If you are under 18, please have a parent fill out the waiver for you.

Q. What should I wear? 
A. Casual attire. 

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me? 
A. Just a Bible and a change of clothes for the afternoon activities if you want.

Q. Is transportation available to the activities? 
A. Yes. A bus will be available for anyone who needs a ride to and from the activities.
